Job description
The legal assistant will perform the following tasks on a full-time basis:
– Support SESEC V in research and intelligence gathering on legislative and regulatory developments in China that impact standardization
– Support SESEC V in research and intelligence gathering on industry standardization policies in identified sectors in China
– Support to SESEC V reporting enquiries and feedbacks
– Provide any organisational/administrative support as required by SESEC V
Skills & experience
For this position, the following requirements are expected:
– Academic degree in Law
– At least 3 years relevant working experience
– Native Chinese language proficiency
– Excellent English skills
– Proficient user of Excel, Office and PowerPoint
– Independent and well organized
– Experience in standardization related fields is an advantage
– Experience in/with Chinese central government institutions is an advantage
